The Jiajiri Tech Innovators Program (Jiajiri means "Employ Oneself" in Swahili) is a 6-month intensive training initiative targeting 1,000 unemployed or underemployed youth (ages 18-28) from informal settlements in Nairobi, including Kibera and Mathare. The program aims to bridge the digital divide and create pathways to sustainable livelihoods through technology and entrepreneurship.

- Web Development Basics: Introduction to HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to build simple websites.
- Graphic Design Fundamentals: Training on free tools like Canva for creating professional marketing materials.
- Online Freelancing: Guidance on creating profiles on platforms like Upwork, finding gigs, and managing clients.
Gender & Social Inclusion
The project will have a strong focus on gender equality, with a target enrollment of 60% young women and 40% young men.
